China Law Journal (《华夏法学》, CLJ, China L. J.) is an open-access, peer-reviewed legal journal published by the academic organization La Nouvelle Jeunesse. The journal is dedicated to advancing in-depth research on the relationship between legal norms, institutional structures, and sociopolitical practice. It serves as a high-level platform for dialogue between Chinese legal thought and the broader global legal community.

Since its founding in Fall 2023, China Law Journal has focused on key themes including institutional development, legal theory, comparative law, law and technology, and social justice. The journal welcomes original research from diverse disciplinary backgrounds, particularly works that integrate law with philosophy, sociology, political science, and technological studies.
